Select stills from my portfolio. Film photography has been a more recent endeavor to develop my skill in.

My camera of choice, a Nikon FE-2 from the mid-1980s, was a gift passed onto me by my father who was gifted the camera to him by his father before his military deployment to Schweinfurt, Germany in 1986. This camera is one of my prized possessions, and I'm so grateful for the ability to continue to capture frames of life with it.

digital photography

Digital Photography is where I got my start as a visual artist.

I come from a background in journalism, from high school into my first years of undergraduate education. When I was promoted to 'Sports Editor' on my high school print newspaper, my parents surprised me with a Nikon d3400 DSLR camera.

While my creative focus has shifted away from digital photography, it's still a profound craft I enjoy and am proud of.
